MissionaryNet lists these ministries so that
sponsors for the children in their care may be found.
A Kenyan ministry doing a fine job with AIDS orphans. Of particular interest to MissionaryNet is their current project to build a computer lab for the orphans. A very worthy project that fits well with MissionaryNet's vision for using computers to alleviate suffering in the developing world. This ministry in India is supported by native Indians now living in Dallas that regularl7y return on ministry trips. They help indigenous ministries there including church building, rentals and orphanages. Please visit their website through the above link.
Bro Samuel Joshua Geddam Orfanato Lirio Do Vale (Orphanage Lily of the Valley) is home to forty to fifty orphans and abandoned children. They provide a home, teaching in God's Word, English, computers, commercial baking, welding, agriculture. Verified by Search and Rescue personnel Robert Lefebvre on 10/2001, photos, open to mission teams and individuals by appointment. Native language is Portuguese and little English spoken. St Paul's Society St. Paul's is a small island of Christian community is the vastly Muslim nation of Pakistan. They train over three hundred students per year with computer knowledge and job placement. The Christian believers in Pakistan are generally the poorest of the country, with the professional instructors at the school earning a salary of less than $80 per month. Though the age group is high (the students are all secondary school graduates) St. Paul's is accomplishing what MissionaryNet hopes to establish more of and is demonstrating what is possible by training with computers. Haiti. The knowledge of this new ministry is result of a short mission trip I took to Haiti in 1999. Haiti is considered the poorest country in the western hemisphere. Bernard and others I met have been blessed to have gotten access to email and contacted me recently with requests for assistance. I've listed his letters there that you might also get to know him. No photos yet, open to mission teams and individuals by appointment. SPECIAL NOTE: Bernard's ministry and their internet presence has grown since 1999. Visit their Unity Orphanage website and see their work and also see about their radio station spreading the Good News to Haiti Yegesie Lifesavers College, another internet discovery that is ministering to children in war torn Sierra Leone. Their emails include an urgent plea for help, as children are dying for lack of food and proper care. Their letters include contact info to a small website at http://www.ylc.virtualmissions.org. Kaihura India www.icmc.ziby.net. located in India, is home to over 1000 orphans. They are another contact through our Internet presence. They are well established for receiving missions teams and if you go, be sure to bring computers. Children's Welfare Center - located in Napal, is home to over 50 orphans. There is much need in their area also. Read their request, visit their website at www.cwcnepal.org and contact them through email. Siadia -

Richminster Christian Foundation Richminster Christian Foundation was born in 2004 with Rev. Richard Wasike as its founder. This was as a result of conversions of many souls to Christian faith in Butere-Mumias district in Western Kenya where there was less pronounced Christianity due to Islamic religion that gained its roots earlier in 1900. This has been the hardest region to evangelize but God has been seen doing it for his own glory.

Your inward willingness to obey God is the way to know God's will for your life! Develop this by daily studying God's word and spending time with Him. God has the blueprints of our lives, not us. We are to rejoice in times of trials. Don't regret your past mistakes, just learn from them and realize that God uses them to as stepping stones to mold you according to His purpose for you and to build your character. God is a covenant God. Psalms 25:9 He leads the humble into what is right. John 7:17 If anyone has the willingness to do God's will, he will have discernment. Only His sheep know His voice. Those that are His sheep, her and obey him, not the world. For the world does not know His ways or His voice. So next time you go through the valley (i.e. hard times), remember that God is adding stepping stones to the ones you already have and is shaping you into the person that can carry out His will for you and fell blessed. |
